Mark your candidates as a favourite

To keep track of your preferred candidates within a job, click the star next to the candidate’s name to mark them as a favourite.

Note: The visibility of the favourite star is confined to the job listing where the star was applied. If the same candidate applies for another job within your organisation, the candidate will not be automatically starred.

Who assigned the candidate as a favourite?

To see who assigned the favourite star, simply hover your mouse over the star

Alternatively, you can view the information we automatically add to the notes on the candidate's application profile page.

Filter your favourite candidates

Once you have marked all your favourite candidates with a star, you can show only these tagged candidates using the Filter Candidates dropdown menu from the Manage Candidates page. Simply check the box next to the favourite label.
