Now you can connect your Slack workspace with Clui! On the SETTINGS tab of your learning space settings, you'll see a new section called Connect your Slack workspace, enabling you to add Slack functionality to your Clui learning space.
Linking a Slack channel to a Clui group
Connecting a Slack channel to a Clui group is easy. From the People page, when creating or editing a group, you'll see a Connect a Slack channel dropdown. This will connect the channel to the group, and notify existing users of the channel. New and existing users in the group will also be added to the Slack channel. On the Profile page, users can view all of their groups, see which groups are linked to a slack Channel, and launch the Slack channel right from the page.
You could even setup an action in a course, to add users to a group at a particular stage in the course (or on completion), which would then add them to the Slack channel, too. By making the Slack channel private, this could be a great way to enable communication only to users who've completed the first few sections of the course, or even particular courses.
