If you're experiencing an issue with your account or a course, click Support in the header menu of Clui to be directed to our knowledge base.
From the knowledge base, you can review a range of support articles or click Contact Support at the bottom of the page to send an email to your learning space's support team outlining the issue.
On some occasions, your enquiry may be redirected to the Clui support team if it requires technical assistance in relation to the Clui platform.
