Approach to work overview

How do you like to approach work?

Everybody approaches work differently and to find a job where you will be happy means understanding how you work and what makes you successful. 

NOTE: Compono will never filter you out based on your preferences. We merely communicate your information back to the hiring company. 

To complete the approach to work preferences:

1. Go to the Job Happiness section in your Profile page
2. Click “Start” next to the Approach to work preference
3. For each question, click on the option that best describes you at work. The question will automatically move to the next question once you have selected an option
4. Complete both parts
5. Click "Finish and submit"

When you click submit, you will be provided an outline of your work type based on your responses.
