Identify what makes you happy in the workplace and find a job that meets your expectations
Every job in every organisation is different. Job happiness preferences can be described as a funnel to help you find the job that is the best fit for you.
At the broad end of the funnel we look at your preferred work environment that allows you to outline the type of organisation you prefer to work in.
Then we narrow the focus by looking at your preferred job duties, capturing the job preferences and duties that you prefer.
Lastly we let you share your approach to work and how you prefer to interact with other people so we can help find a job that will meet your preferences.
Important: Remember that you are completing these preferences for you, and there is no right or wrong answer, only what you prefer. You should focus on how you operate and your preferences as opposed to what you think the organisation you are applying for wants. Ultimately it’s about finding alignment between you and the organisation to ensure you get a job that is going to make you happy.
