Getting an invitation is great, but what happens if you decline?
If you decline a job invitation, then you are declining only that job. Declining an invitation will not affect your matching with other jobs as a Talent Pool Candidate.
To ensure you are matching with open jobs on the Compono platform, be sure to turn on "Job matching" on your profile.
