Enabling job matching
If you think your profile isn’t matching with jobs, ensure job matching is enabled on your profile:
- Log into your candidate profile page
- Go to your profile page if necessary, by clicking on the Profile tab (the default starting page)
- Find the Job matching toggle underneath your profile information. Ensure that this toggle is set to the right (blue) and displays "Job matching is on".
Note:

If you are a candidate who has recently been hired using Compono, your job matching may be set to off. You will not be matched with other jobs unless you toggle the matching switch to on.
