Terms of Use - Course Coupons

The following Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you as an individual or (if you represent an entity or company) the entity or company that you represent ("Customer" or "You") and Clui Pty Ltd ("Clui"), which governs Customer's use of Course Coupons ("Coupons") as either a purchaser ("Learner") or seller ("Seller") in Clui. 

1. DEFINITIONS

“Coupon” is a pre-paid credit for a specific course.

“Use” means training that is booked and commenced or attended within 24 months of purchasing a coupon.

“Unused coupon” means any coupon that is not used within 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. COURSE COUPONS

Coupons are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Coupons are stored against a single user account and are unable to be transferred to another user account.

You must use Coupons within 24 months of purchase. Any Coupon that is unused after 24 months will expire and cannot be rolled over into the next year.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses or vary the delivery method if sufficient participant numbers are not reached.

Coupons only apply to the course You selected at the time of purchase and cannot be used in other learning spaces on Clui.

Clui’s standard Terms of Use apply. All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Clui’s Privacy Policy.
