Clui uses the SendGrid email delivery platform for all our Clui notification emails. Most of these emails have a "FROM" address set to the learning space support email that you define in your Learning Space Settings (see image below). So these notification emails "appear" to come from the support email, when in fact, they are being delivered via the SendGrid service.
If your organisation has email security settings in place to prevent email delivery platforms from "spoofing" your email domain, you may find that these Clui notification emails do not get delivered to the recipient. These emails may get rejected, and hence, your learners will not receive Clui email notifications like invitations, and reset reminders.
If this is the case, Compono can authenticate your organisation's email domain with SendGrid. Simply contact support@compono.com with this request and provide the email domain that needs to be authenticated. Once authenticated, Compono will provide the keys that your IT team can add to your DNS.
