Sharing a Candidate Job Link to Candidates

Getting candidates to apply to your job using Compono Hire

When your job is open, it is only open on Compono Hire. Compono Hire creates a web page with a unique URL, called the candidate job link, that hosts your job ad. This page also contains an application link that directs candidates into Compono Hire to apply for your specific job.

 

Copying the candidate job link

Once your job is open, you can copy the candidate job link using the action button (3 vertical dots) next to your job title. The video below shows an example job ad once this link has been pasted into a web browser.

Using the candidate job link in online communications

Once you have copied the candidate job link, you can paste the link and share your job ad using any form of online communication such as posts to professional networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), emails, job boards, etc. Candidates who apply via the job link will be funnelled into your candidate list and ranked in Compono Hire. 

For example, you can share the link via email:

Hi David,

We have a new role open that I think you would be a great fit for. You can read more about the job and apply using this link: https://candidate.platform.compono.com/l/XXXXXXXXX

Note that is also possible to post directly to job boards from within Compono Hire.
