Promote your job directly to job boards from Compono Hire

Ready to share your job to candidates and have them apply?

Compono Hire allows you to publish your job to multiple job boards through our technology partner, Idibu (a Compono company). To start publishing your job ads you need to

1. Set up an account through our job publishing portal.
2. Subscribe to the boards that you wish to publish your job ads to.
   • You can select just one, or you can select many.
   • Some job boards are free while others are not.

Once you have subscribed to a job board, you can publish your job directly to that board from Compono Hire (see below). You can also manage your ads through the job post manager. This will allow you to delete your ads as well.

Important note on publishing directly to job boards

Some job boards require that you must first have an account with that job board before you can publish. For example, if you wish to publish your job to Seek from Compono Hire, you must have a Seek employer account. Compono Hire does not handle the purchasing or payment of job ads on the job boards. Compono Hire only manages the publishing of your job. Ensure that you fully understand the charges that may apply with the different paid job boards. 

NOTE: In addition to promoting to job boards directly from Compono Hire, you can also share your job ad using any form of online communication such as posts to professional networks, emails, other job ad summaries, etc. simply by sharing the candidate job link.

Promote your job ad to job boards

Once you have subscribed to a job board, follow the below steps to publish your ad. If you have any questions about below steps, please contact customersuccess@compono.com.

1. Go to your Jobs page and find the job you wish to promote. Click on the Actions button (3 vertical dots)
2. Click on "Promote to job boards". You will be taken to the screen 1 of the Publish to Job Boards page.
3. Complete all the required fields.
   • You can select more than one job board
   • Some fields are auto-populated from your Compono Hire job ad
   • You can edit fields if you wish. For example, you may with to display "Remote" in the job title to highlight that the job supports remote work.
4. Click the "Next" button. You will be taken to screen 2 of the Publish to Job Boards page
5. Each job board will have different requirements to publish a job ad. On this page, you will see panels to help you complete the required information for each job board that you selected on screen 1 (step 3). Click on the crop down icon to expose the fields for each job board.
6. Complete all the required(*) fields.   
7. When you are finished, click on the "Post to job boards" button. Compono Hire with then use our technology partner idibu (a Compono company), to send this information to the respective job boards. 
   • Note: Some job boards like Jora, only update a few times per day. So your job may not immediately appear. Other job boards like Seek, update within a few minutes of clicking on post.

Edit or delete your posted job ads
