Navigating your message inbox in Compono Hire
View the summary of all your communications with different candidates for the jobs you are managing in a single place. From your message inbox, you can view a candidate’s message and navigate to their profile and score page to reply. You will also receive in-app notification for any reply message from any candidates for any job.
To view your message inbox:
- Click the “Messages” page in the left side navigation bar. If you have new/unread messages from candidates for any job, you will see a notification in the tab. After clicking, you will be directed to your message inbox page.
- The left panel will display the summary view of messages within each job, and display the total number of conversations with candidates. The conversation groups are ordered based on the most recent message received from any candidate for a job. You can selecting any of the conversation groups within this left panel
- Selecting a conversation group (step 2) will display a summary of messages with candidates in relation to that job within the right panel. Communication from the candidates are ordered based on the most recent message received. Clicking on one of the summary messages in this panel will navigate you to the full communication history with the candidate within their application view.
