Edit, add, or delete questions while the job is still a draft
You can edit, add or delete your pre-screening questions before opening the job. However, once you have opened the job you cannot make any changes to your pre-screening questions.
Editing your pre-screening questions
To edit your pre-screening questions, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Jobs page from the left navigation bar
- Select "Draft Jobs" from the filter
- Find the draft job you wish to edit, and click on the Action button on this row (3 vertical dots).
- Click the “Edit job” button. You will be redirected to job profile builder.
- Click on the "Pre-screening questions" section from the left navigation menu
- Edit/Add/Delete any questions you like
- Click Save and continue
You can then choose to exit the job profile builder by clicking on Exit at the top of the left navigation menu. Alternatively, you can click on the Finish and then open your job. But remember, once you open your job, you cannot edit the pre-screening questions.
Removing your pre-screening section from your job profile completely
If you decide that you no longer wish to use pre-screening questions, you can remove them (and other sections of the job profile) completely by using the Manage Job settings from the left navigation menu.
NOTE: When you remove a section entirely, you will lose all data saved in that section. If you re-enable that section at a later time, you will need to complete the section from scratch.
