How to view the recruitment funnel for a job and move candidate through the recruitment stages in Compono Hire
Compono Hire allows you to view the candidates in your recruitment funnel and move them through the recruitment stages. You can update the recruitment stage for a single candidate or update the stage for multiple candidates using bulk operation.
The recruitment funnel currently consists of the following stages:

Applied
-
Shortlist
-
Interview 1
-
Interview 2
-
Checks
-
Offer
-
Hired
-
Unsuccessful
In Compono Hire, you can move candidates between any of the hiring stages except for the hired stage.
Please be aware that once you move a candidate to the hired stage, it can not be reverted.
