Sent an invitation by mistake?
If you send an invitation by mistake or you no longer want that user invited to your organisation, you can cancel the invitation before they accept it. To cancel an invitation:
- Navigate to your users list and find the user. You can use the search functionality, or use the "Invite Pending" filter to make the user easier to find.
- Click the action button (3 vertical dots) on the user for which you wish to cancel the invitation (the user status must be "Invite Pending")
- Click on "X Cancel Invite"
The user can't find the invitation email?
If your user cannot find the invitation in their inbox, you can resend the email inviting them to join your organisation. To resend an invitation:
- Navigate to your users list and find the user. You can use the search functionality, or use the "Invite Pending" filter to make the user easier to find.
- Click the action button (3 vertical dots) on the user for which you wish to resend the invitation (the user status must be "Invite Pending")
- Click on "Resend"
