The Users page can be accessed from the People menu in the left side navigation bar. From this page you can invite users to join your organisation. Once you have invited you users, you can
Viewing users
By default, your user page will display all Active users. But you can filter this to show just Deactivated or Invite Pending users too.
- ‘Active’ users have accepted their invitation and can log in to the Compono Platform.
- ‘Deactivated’ users have been deactivated by an administrator and can no longer log into the Compono Platform. Note that 'Deactivated' users can be reactivated.
- ‘Invite Pending’ users have been invited to join your organisation, but have not yet accepted their invitation (they have not set up their login account).
Each user will also display
- their employee information (as defined in your organisation structure). If this information has not been defined for the user, then "placeholder" will be displayed (see image below).
- the role permission assigned for any Compono products that they have been given access to. If the user does not have access to a product, then no role will be shown.
Note that you can also
- search your users by name or email, and
- sort your users by name, start date, division or location.

You can also reactivate a user if required, from within the Deactivated users view.
When viewing your Invite Pending users, use the action button (3 vertical dots) in the same row as your user to
- edit their information, or
- resend or cancel their invitation to join your organisation.
