Have you been invited to join an organisation?
If you have been invited to join your organisation on Compono, you will receive an email with a link to join. The email will look slightly different depending on whether you have an existing Compono account or not.
- If you do not have an account, the email will be titled "You've been invited to [organisation] on Compono"
- If you do have an account, the email will be titled: "You've been added to [organisation] on Compono"
- The email will be sent from Compono<noreply@compono.com>
To accept your invitation to join the organisation:
- Open the email you received from Compono
- Click on the link to "accept the invitation" (new accounts) or to "login" (existing accounts)
Note: You cannot update your email for your account as it is the email address that was used to invite you to join the organisation.
New to Compono?
If you do not have an existing account on Compono,
- Click the link in the email to Accept the invitation and login.
- Enter your first name, last name and a strong password.
- Read and accept the T&C's, and then click "Sign up"
- You will see a popup message stating that you have "Successfully joined!"
- On the popup, click on "Login" and you will be redirected to the Compono login page.
- Enter your email and the password you just created to access the organisation you have just joined.
You will then be logged into Compono in the organisation you have joined. What you see and have access to, will depend on the role you have been assigned. If you have any issues, please contact customersuccess@compono.com
Already have a Compono account?
If you already have a Compono account and you are logged in, you will automatically join the new organisation after clicking the link in the email.
If you are not logged in, you will first be prompted to log in to Compono. Once you are logged in, you will automatically join the new organisation.
You can then toggle between organisations using the drop down in the header. See the article on switching between organisations for more information.
