This guide will also show you how to share your job with potential applicants and build an optimal talent shortlist. So let's get started!
Create a Job
Create a job by defining all, or a subset of, job profile criteria such as culture fit, job fit, personality fit, qualifications, and skills. Your requirements are customisable based on the role you are creating.
Specify the job location, salary range, and (optional) pre-screening questions to match and rank the best candidates to your organisation.
Open the Job
When you're ready, open your job and Compono Hire will create the Compono job ad and the corresponding Candidate Job Link (the job ad URL). You can then start sharing your job ad and accepting applications. You will also start seeing any potential candidates from the Compono Talent Pool whose profiles match highly with your job.
Share your Candidate Job Link (URL)
Copy your candidate job link and share the link wherever you seek candidates – job boards, social media, your company website or send it directly to potential candidates. Candidates will be able to view the job details and to apply directly via Compono Hire.
Publish to Job Boards
Post your job directly to job boards. Candidates that apply via these job boards will be redirected to apply via the candidate job link. This ensures that all your applicants funnel directly into Compono Hire and can be ranked and managed in one place.
Manage your Candidates
Compono Hire will analyse and rank the candidates who have applied via the candidate job link, based on the criteria supplied in your job profile. This applies to the candidates who have applied to your job, as well as any Compono Talent Pool profiles that matched highly. As applications are received, your candidates will be scored, matched and ranked against your criteria. This is a real-time list that is automatically updated if you modify any of the initial job ad criteria or the criteria importance weightings.
Candidates with a name shown are candidates who have applied directly for your job via the candidate job link. Candidates with a talent pool (person) icon next to their name are Compono Talent Pool candidates who have applied for a role with your organisation previously. Any "Compono candidate" is a Compono Talent Pool candidate that has never applied for a job in your organisation, but you can invite to apply to your advertised role.

Adjust the criteria importance
When you view your candidate applications, you can weight the relative importance of each criteria of assessment. Change the percentage at any time and watch as your candidate's scores and rankings recalculate in real time.
