Candidate Matching - Qualifications and Certifications

Knowing if the candidate has the right qualifications for your job.

The Qualifications and Certifications section of the candidate's application view, has two parts:

1. Candidate's qualification matches
2. Candidate's other qualifications and certifications

Candidate's qualification match

This displays:

• The qualifications you requested in the job selection criteria
• The importance you set for the qualification
• Whether or not the candidate has the qualification (Tick = YES, Cross = NO)

NOTE: If you have selected "Include related qualifications" in your job ad, you may also see a partial match in the percentage score. For example, if you specify a Bachelor of Business but the candidate has an TAFE Advanced Diploma of Business, the candidate will score a partial score of 50% rather than a full score of 100%.

This displays:

• All of the candidate's qualifications and certifications
• This includes any qualifications and certification you may not have requested
