How to read the skills & work areas breakdown
The Skills and work areas section is divided into 3 subsections:
Work area match: Confirms if the candidate's job categories (e.g., Accounting Information Systems) matches the job requirements.
Skills match: Based on your skill requirements, we inform you if the candidate says they have that skill and determine their years of experience with it
Other skills: Lists skills the candidate has beyond those you specified in the job requirements.
Work areas match
The "Work areas match" subsection shows
- the work areas you requested that are matched in the candidate's application (tick), and
- the work areas you requested that are not matched (cross).
Skills match
This "Skills match" subsection shows
- The skills you requested together with the importance and years of experience you specified.
- How the candidate matched to the requested skills based on years of experience gained vs. requested. (Tick = Matched, Half circle = Partially matched, and Cross = Not matched)
Other skills
The "Other skills" subsection shows the candidate's other skills they have specified in their application, and the years of experience the candidate has with these skills.
