Forgotten Password

Forgotten your password? Resetting it is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

It's happened to all of us. You've forgotten your password. Fortunately resetting your password is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. Navigate to the appropriate log-in page
   • Compono user log-in page (your organisation uses Compono to attract talent, measure culture, and/or develop skills) 
   • Job Seeker log-in page (you are job seeker using Compono to apply for a job)
2. Click on "Forgot password?"
3. Type in your email address and click "Send email" 

If the email you specify is in the Compono database, you will receive an email with a verification code to reset your password, and you will be redirected to a new screen to change your password. Be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folders if you can't find the email with verification code.

If you do not receive an email with verification code, please check with your Compono administrator that you are using the correct email that is associated with your Compono account. 

To reset your password

1. Enter the Verification code that you received via email
2. Enter you new password (following the password minimum requirements)
3. Click on Update Password

Once you have updated your password, you will be redirected to the Sign-in page where you can log in with your new password.
