At the broad end of the funnel is the Compono Culture Fit assessment that evaluates the match between candidates and your organisation’s unique culture.

You can then narrow your focus and evaluate the fit between candidate job preferences and job duties of the specific role using the Compono Job Fit assessment.

Finally, using the Compono Personality Fit assessment you can define the prototypical person fit characteristics that are most likely to result in successful in-role performance and compare and contrast candidates against this.

Within each fit assessment, you can also set how important each layer is to determining if the candidate is a good fit.
