What are Compono Job Templates?

Compono can fast track and enhance your hiring with our curated Job Templates. Our template library consists of jobs that span multiple industries and roles, and is growing fast.  

Our job templates have been created by experienced recruitment specialists to take out the guesswork when setting up a job role so you can post roles faster and with more confidence. 

Selecting the role from Compono’s library of job templates will auto-populate almost every section of a new job profile, giving you time back to engage with your candidates better and the confidence that you will hire the right talent for your business. You may also edit the job to tailor to your specific team, job and organisational needs. 

NOTE: While you cannot create your own custom job template to add to the Compono library of job templates, it is possible to duplicate existing jobs. So to mimic this functionality, you can simply create your own set of common jobs, and then duplicate them as required. See this article for more information.

Depending on the role, Compono job templates will have the following profile sections pre-populated for you:

• General job details such as Job title, Job ad, Related Work Areas
• Job Fit
• Personality Fit
• Qualifications and Certifications Fit
• Skills Fit
• Weighting for each section and against each other
• If the job requires culture fit or pre-screening sections these sections will automatically appear as part of the template however the employer will need to complete.

You can also add or remove sections and criteria from the job after using Compono job templates to tailor to your specific organisational needs. For example, if you are looking to hire a shelf-stacker to join your retail store and the job template does not have the specific qualifications you are after, you can still add these yourself. 

How do I use Compono Job Templates:

1. From your Jobs Page, click on Create Job
2. Enter the team the job belongs to
3. To find the role you are looking to hire, you can scroll through Compono job templates or search by job title 
4. Select your desired role
5. Select Let's get started
6. The job will be created with all the template details
7. Review and update as you see fit
