Set up an account so you can publish your job ads to specific job boards
To start publishing your jobs to job boards you need to set up a job publishing account with our technology partner - idibu. You must have the "Owner" role within your organisation to be able to access this setting. Each Compono organisation must be set up with it's own unique job publishing account.
This account is also used to edit any job ads once they are live on job boards, so it's important that you save your login details for this account. The idibu login page requires your username (not email address) and password.
To create your idibu account:
Click on the "Settings" dropdown menu in the left side navigation bar
Click on "Job board integration". This will navigate you to the account set up page as shown in the image below. If your account is already set up by another user, you will arrive at the job board subscription page.
Your username and email address is pre-populated for your job publishing account. If you wish to change the username or email address at this point, you can do so.
NOTE: If you are managing more than one Compono organisation, you can use the same email address, but you must provide a unique username for each account.
Create a password for your job publishing account and add a phone number
Click "Create job publishing account" button
You should see a success message letting you know your account has been created. From here you can subscribe to job boards and begin publishing to them.
You can also edit your job ads that are live on job boards. You will need your username and password to login to idibu so save these details somewhere secure.
