Want to view a CV a candidate has uploaded?
When a candidate uploads a CV to their application, you can choose to view a preview within Compono, and also download a local copy.
There are two places in Compono Hire where you can download a candidate's CV:
Below outlines how you can preview and download the CV from these two options:
Manage candidates page
- Click on the Jobs page from the left navigation bar
- Click on the desired Job Title to view the manage candidates page.
- Click on CV (paperclip) icon corresponding with the desired candidate.
- A window will pop up giving you a preview of the CV.
- Click on "Download original" if you wish to download the CV.
Candidate Application View
To get to the candidate application view, follow steps 1-2 above, then click on the name of the candidate you would like to view. The AI-generated CV summary is displayed on the candidate page by default.
To view and download the original CV:
- Click the CV tab below the candidate's details to view the original CV.
- Click on "Download" if you wish to download the CV.
Note: You can only download and view the CV of a candidate who has applied directly for your job and has actually uploaded a CV. If the candidate is a Compono Talent Pool candidate, you will not be able to view or download their CV.
