Viewing a candidate's application

When a candidate applies for a job in Compono, an application view is created. You can use this page to gather further information provided by the candidate, and also manage their application through your hiring process. If available, you will also see the candidate's score and ranking for your job.  

You can perform the following actions on the candidate application view. 

• View the candidate's personal details including most recent employer, email, phone number and  preferred work locations. (This article details the mandatory personal information a candidate needs to complete when applying for a job)
• View any files (e.g. CV) and links (e.g. LinkedIn page) shared by the candidate
• View any previous applications that candidate has made to your organisation
• View the candidate's application details including job history, skills and work areas, qualifications, and organisation fit 
• Add a note to the candidate's application
• Send a message to the candidate, and view replies 
• Upload files as notes, and upload files to send with messages
• Schedule an interview with the candidate
• View their Compono Hire score and rank
• View responses to pre-screening questions
• View the candidate's current stage in your recruitment funnel
• Move the candidate to a different stage in your recruitment funnel
