What's in the Candidate Application View?
Every candidate has a dedicated page that breaks down how well they matched with the selection criteria of your job. This page also contains their personal details, an AI generated CV summary powered by Compono Assist, current hiring stage, as well as any notes/messages/interviews you have associated with the candidate during your interactions.
You can view a candidate's application from the Manage candidates page by either
- clicking on a candidate's name, or
- clicking on the Candidate profile button after expanding a candidate name
Think of this page as a more detailed version of the candidate's CV which will help you to better understand the candidate's suitability for your role and organisation. It's also a page to help you manage the candidate throughout the hiring process.
When you open up a candidate's application view, any filters that you applied on the Manage Candidates page will persist into the candidate application view. This allows you to quickly switch between different candidate applications from the original filtered list.
The rest of this article will describe each section of the candidate application view in more detail.
