How well does the candidate fit with your organisation?
The Organisation fit section of the candidate application view displays the percentage scores for Work Personality, Culture Fit, and Job Fit (if they have been completed in your job profile), as well as the overall Organisation Fit score. The overall score is a function of the individual fit scores and their importance.
If you completed the Organisation Fit preferences, then you will be able to view your selections for each of the assessments. If the candidate has completed any of the assessments, then you will be able to view how well they match with your requirements.
NOTE: If you have NOT completed any of the Organisation fit preferences, then the score will always be zero even if the candidate has completed the assessments. However, you will still be able to see a candidate’s responses to each assessment completed.
Tip: You can always go back and complete the assessment preferences after you have opened a job. We highly recommend you complete the assessment preferences to get a better picture of how your candidate will fit into your organisation.
How to read the fit preference summaries
- Blue marker with user icon: The position of the candidate's response
- Orange marker with building icon: The position of the employer's requirement
- Large green marker with combined building and user icons: Indicates a close match between the employer and candidate's selections.
The green line highlights the difference in position of the two markers. You can use these results to drive interview questions with the candidates. For example, where you see a large difference between the candidate's response and your requirement, you can tailor a question around this specific aspect of the organisation's culture or the job duty.
