Compono Hire uses an intelligent qualifications mapper to match your job with candidates based on the following opportunities:
You are looking for a specific qualification and the candidate must have that qualification.
You are looking for someone with a qualification in an area of study and you are not too worried about what the exact qualification is. You are happy if a candidate has a qualification in a related field.
Depending on what qualification you select, you can choose to match with candidates who have a qualification similar to what you are looking for.
Note: Some qualifications do not have an equivalent/related such as a C Class (Manual) Australian Driver's Licence or CPA. In this case, the ability to match with candidates with a related qualification is disabled.
How to add Qualifications and Certifications preferences to your job
- Start by creating a job and continue to the job profile page (or edit a job that is still in draft)
- Click on the Qualification and Certifications Fit section on the left menu
- Start typing the name of a qualification in the Qualifications name field to find and select your desired qualification. If you cannot find the qualification once you have typed it in full, you can click Create a new qualification at the top of the drop down. You can add more than one qualification to a single field (see note below)
- If applicable, select the checkbox "include related qualifications" to include all other related qualifications.
- Use the slider below each qualification field to define the importance of the qualification(s).
- Click on the "+ Another qualification" button to add more qualifications
- Click the "Save and continue" button when you are finished
Place multiple qualifications in a single field if you consider them to be equally important, i.e., a candidate with all qualifications will rank equally to a candidate with just one. Otherwise, place qualifications in different fields to indicate that having these additional qualifications will rank a candidate higher.
