- Log into Compono and ensure you are on your Hire -> Jobs page
- Click the 'Create Job' button and proceed to the next page to build your job
- On the "Choose one to start" dropdown selector at the top of the page, select "Create my own"
- Select the Hiring Team the job is being hired for
- Select a Recruitment manager (optional)
- Enter the Job title
- Choose how you would like Compono to match candidates to this particular role from the examples provided. This will turn on/off different sections of the job profile based on your selection. If you are not sure, select "I want the perfect fit for my organisation ...". This will turn on all sections of the job profile, but you have full control to turn these sections on/off later using the Manage Job option on the next page. (The only exception is the Pre-screening questions section which cannot be changed after the job has been opened).
- Click "Let's get started"
Complete your job profile
On the next page you will begin stepping through the sections to build the job profile. View the below links for more detailed information about how to complete each of these job profile sections.
- General Job Details
- Pre-Screening Questions
- Culture Fit
- Job Fit
- Personality Fit
- Qualifications and Certifications Fit
- Skills Fit
NOTE: The way that you define your job profile directly affects the way that candidates are scored and matched to your role. All sections can be edited after opening the job, except for the pre-screening questions.
When you reach the Finish tab, Compono Hire will give you a summary of your progress.
- Sections you've completed will show a green tick
- Mandatory sections that are incomplete will show a red warning icon
- Optional sections that are incomplete will show a yellow question mark icon
Ensure that you have completed all sections that you wish to include in the job profile.
Open your job to applicants
Click on the Finish tab and review your job creation progress.
- If you have not completed all the mandatory sections, you can still save the job as a draft and complete later.
- Once all mandatory sections are complete, you can open the job by clicking the "Open Job" button.
Once the job is opened,
- The will be created which hosts your Compono job ad.
- You will be directed to the candidates page for this job.
If you want to share the candidate job link with others to promote the job via email or your professional networks:
- Click the kebab button (three vertical dots) next to the job title
- Click "Share candidate job link" to copy the URL
- Paste this link into your messages when promoting the job
Note that is also possible to post directly to job boards from within Compono Hire.
