It is likely that certain personality characteristics are needed in order for your chosen candidate to be successful in their job.
The Compono Personality Fit assessment matches a candidate's work personality to the characteristics needed for the job. To learn more about work personality, visit this article.
To add Personality Fit preferences to your job, follow the instructions below.
- Start by creating a job and continue to the job profile page (or edit a job that is still in draft)
- Click on the Personality Fit section on the left menu
- Pick the best fit for your role. When you select a personality type, the characteristics of that personality type will be displayed below the personality chart.
- Once you have selected the desired personality type, use the slider at the bottom of the page to define how important the personality assessment is to decide if a candidate is a good fit.
- Click the "Save and continue" button when you are finished
Tip: With the Personality Fit assessment, select the personality type that bests fits your role. As shown on the personality wheel chart, picking one personality does not mean you are excluding others. Compono Hire looks at candidates and scores them based on how closely they match with your selection.
NOTE
- You can also choose not to add the Personality Fit section to your job profile. Simply turn the section off using Manage job (bottom of the left menu).
- The Culture fit, Job fit and Personality fit are used together to provide a candidate matching score for organisation fit.
