A direct candidate is showing as "Unavailable"

Candidates with an "Unavailable" bubble next to their name have been HIRED by another Employer. These candidates will also have "This candidate has already been hired by another organisation." displayed on their individual profile page.

If a candidate who applied for your job has been hired for another job in Compono Hire, then they will be presented to you as unavailable. You can still view the details of candidates who have applied directly for your job by clicking their name, however, you should be aware that these candidates may not be available for your role.

Marking a candidate as hired, removes them from job matching. You should only click hired if the candidate has signed their employment contract
