If a user sees the warning message: "We were unable to find your invite token. Has it already been accepted?" when trying to accept their invitation to join your organisation, and their status is still "Invite pending", try resending their invitation. The user can then click on the link in the new invitation.
If the user's status is "Active" then their invite has already been accepted, and they may have forgotten their password. Try asking them to reset their password.
