Culture Report

The Report page provides a summary of results for the culture assessment across all participants at an organisation level. For each dimension the report provides:

• The average current culture result for the dimension in question
• The average desired culture result for the dimension in question
• If a “compare to” campaign is selected (top right of report page), the report will show a marker to help you see the change in current culture over time

If you have enough responses, you will also see a shaded region around the average on each cultural dimension.  This is the distribution of the data to give you further insight into the spread of responses.
