When analysing the result of your surveys, it can be useful to create custom groups that don’t naturally exist as part of your organisation structure. For example, you may wish to create a group that represents a project team.
How to create a group:
- From the “Peaople” page on the side navigation bar, select the “Groups” page
- Click on “Create new” to create a new group
- Give the group a name, optionally add a description of the group, then click SAVE
- To add/delete members to your group, click on the kebab (3 vertical dots) button on the same line as your group name, then select “Manage members”. Only users with access to Compono Engage can be added to a group.
IMPORTANT: Groups must be created PRIOR to closing the culture campaign for them to take effect in the Culture Explorer report. This constraint does not apply for the Work Personality report.
