At Compono, we’ve taken academic research into high performing teams and personality theory and overlaid the natural work preferences of individuals. The Compono Engage Work Personality Assessment is a scientifically validated psychometric assessment that provides your employees insights into their preferred or dominant work type based on their personality. All employees with ENGAGE access can perform a work personality assessment at any time from the “Surveys” page under Engage. The assessment is easy to complete, and mobile device friendly. It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and should be done in one sitting.

Everyone finds out their work personality at the end of the survey. They can also click on "Learn More" to get further insights into their own preferred work type, such as
