Alignment Report

The Alignment page provides a “Hotspots” chart that lets you visualise how aligned your organisation is between current and desired culture, across all 12 dimensions of culture. 

The darker the shade of blue, the more misalignment there is within that team. Conversely, the lighter the shade of blue, the stronger the alignment. The default view shows alignment across the entre organisation, and also broken down by Division.

• Use the dropdown menu to visualise alignment using a different filter (division, location or job level).
• Enable the “Show Gap” toggle to see the numerical percentage differences in the Hotspots chart.
• To learn more, click on a square to reveal information about which direction that misalignment is and read tips on how you can bring balance to the culture dimension in question.
