Subcultures Report

The Subcultures page provides a culture breakdown that helps you to quickly identify subcultures within your organisation. For each of the 12 dimensions of culture you can see how culture varies across different divisions, locations and job levels. As an example, you may use this chart to display how the culture differs between your highest performing team and the others.

The default demographic view is broken down by Division and plots the Current culture, but this can be easily changed using the options at the top of the report.

Within each dimension, a coloured marker is plotted to represent the average of the responses of the demographic in question. The further apart the markers are, the bigger the difference in culture for that dimension. The closer the markers are, the more similar the cultures are.

You can choose to turn markers on and off using the checkboxes in the legend on the top right of the report page.
