The Feedback page allows you to review all the qualitative feedback provided by the respondents. Feedback can also be filtered by classification, e.g. general feedback or one the 12 culture dimensions. Note that this filter relies on the respondent classifying their feedback when submitting their survey response.
Incorporating qualitative data alongside quantitative assessments enable you to:
- Understand context: Gain a deeper understanding of why employees rated certain aspects of the culture as they did.
- Identify specific issues: Pinpoint specific concerns, suggestions, and areas needing improvement that numbers alone cannot reveal.
- Improve engagement: Show employees that their detailed feedback is valued, potentially increasing engagement and participation in assessments.
- Make informed decisions: Use richer, more comprehensive data to make better-informed decisions and implement targeted interventions to improve workplace culture
If the respondent has chosen to include their name with their feedback. it will be displayed. Otherwise, the feedback will be labelled anonymous.
For each piece of feedback, Compono will automatically identify the key topics being discussed (like "Leadership Communication" or "Employee Benefits"), and assign a sentiment to that specific topic. This automated feature is powered by Compono Assist. This also allows you to identify the sentiment - positive, negative, or neutral - of each individual piece of feedback, but also the overall employee feedback at a glance.
Each identified topics is displayed as colour-coded tags directly under each piece of feedback:
- Green: Indicates a positive mention.
- Red: Indicates a negative mention.
- Yellow: Indicates a neutral mention.
To give you the overall picture, each individual mention is rolled up into a sentiment distribution bar at the top of the Feedback page. This bar adds up every positive, negative, and neutral topic mention from your entire campaign, giving you an instant overview of the overall sentiment across all feedback.
