Share your Compono Engage Reports

If you need to share the Compono Engage reports with people who do not have appropriate access within Compono, you can provide a sharable link to your reports. 

To share the reports: 

1. Click on “Share full report” at the top right of the Culture page (above the “Explore culture data” button). 
2. Give the report a title
3. Select an expiration time for the link (7/30/90 days)
4. Enter a passcode to access the reports

The generated link will require your passcode to view and will expire after the specified number of days in step 3. You can also choose to expire the link early if required.

Note that the shared version of the reports has the following differences:

• You cannot change the “Compare to” value on the report tab
• When you drill down into the hotspots, there is no violin (distribution) plot.
• Engagement scores cannot be further filtered
• Feedback must be downloaded to a CSV file

All shared reports will appear on the “Sharing” page of Compono Engage. Click on the kebab (3 vertical dots) button to view details of the shared links, and to expire the links early.
