Once a campaign is closed you will see the Compono Engage benchmark selector appear in Compono Hire (if subscribed).
When defining the Culture Fit for your job ad, you can use Compono Engage dropdown menu to select the division that you are hiring into.
Culture benchmarks (current state) will populate into the Culture Fit criteria for the job ad automatically. You can also adjust the sliders to meet your specific recruiting needs, though it is not recommended to change the culture sliders too far from the measured current state.
