How to get started with Hey Compono

Create your account

To get started with Hey Compono, first sign up a for a free account (No credit card required).

1. Go to the Hey Compono website
2. Click on "Get Started Free"
3. Complete your details on the sign up page and click on Create Account. (You will be sent a verification email).
4. Go to your Inbox and click on the verification link in the email (this link expires in 1 hour)
5. Your email will be verified and you will be signed into your account. 

Identify your work personality

The next step is to answer a few simple questions to identify your work personality. Understanding your work personality is important to personalise your Hey Compono experience. 

1. Read each of the questions carefully and answer them honestly.
2. You will be presented with your work personality and a few key characteristics. 
3. Click on "Continue to Dashboard" to start using Hey Compono. 

Get familiar with Hey Compono 

Before starting a conversation, it is recommended that you first

1. Complete your profile to increase the personalisation of your coaching experience 
2. View the full details of your work personality to get an idea of how Hey Compono understands the way you work
3. (Optional) Peruse the conversation starters to get some inspiration of the types of questions you can ask Hey Compono in different situations. 

Start your coaching session

If you have voice sessions included as part of your plan, you can start talking naturally to Hey Compono using the voice chat. 

1. Click on the blue Hey Compono button to go to the Voice Coaching page (see image below)
2. Click on Start Voice Conversation to begin your conversation
3. If this is the first time using Hey Compono, you may need to allow microphone access to this site. 
4. Begin your conversation!

Alternatively, you can choose to use the Text Chat option to use Hey Compono quiet and discreetly.

1. Click on the Start Text Chat button (see image below).
2. Begin your text chat by typing your message and hitting Enter to send
