Navigating Team Dynamics and Preparing for Difficult Conversations

If you have subscribed to Hey Compono on the Business Plan, you can view specific teams and groups within your business to better understand team makeup and prepare for critical interactions.

1. Navigate to the “Teams & Groups” page from the left navigation menu
2. Click on the team/group name you wish to view

Teams that understand each other deliver more.

Most coaching helps a person understand themselves. Hey Compono does that, AND helps everyone understand each other. When a coach knows each person's personality and how the team fits together, friction gets dissolved instead of managed around.

From the teams page you can view

• The work personality composition of the team. 
• Each member’s work personality
• An interaction guide for each member of the team, based on your own personality
• Team insights
• Suggested actions for you based on the team insights 

Prepare for a difficult conversation

Got a tough conversation coming up? Tell Hey Compono what's happening and who's involved. You'll get coaching adapted to both your personality and theirs.

1. Click on “Talk (or chat) about this team” to start the conversation. Hey Compono will know each team member’s work personality.
2. Start a conversation with the Hey Compono and explain the specific scenario you are navigating.
3. Hey Compono will provide tailored advice on how to approach the individual based on their specific personality traits. 
4. To further refine your approach, ask Hey Compono to roleplay the conversation so you can practice delivering your message effectively
