It ensures candidates are well-prepared, leading to higher-quality interviews, while demonstrating that your company is invested in their success from day one.
How it works
Candidates can be assigned from your Recruiter Hub dashboard. A candidate can easily begin the roleplay by following these steps:
- Start on the Voice Coaching & Roleplay page
- Paste the contents of the job advertisement to use as context. This allows Hey Compono to tailor its questions and feedback specifically to the requirements of the role the candidate is applying for.
- Click "Start New Conversation" and ask Hey Compono to act as the hiring manager for a roleplay interview scenario.
- Select your preferred feedback style:
- Mock Mode: Go straight through the entire interview with all feedback provided at the end.
- Coach Mode: Receive immediate feedback after answering each interview question.
Following the roleplay, the candidate gets a detailed summary of their performance scoring and their coaching session summary in their chat history page. They can even download the transcript, and continue the conversation.
As the recruiter, you see completion rates, performance scores, and aggregate coaching insights to help you understand where each candidate sits before they walk into the interview.
Candidate session data remains private, so a recruiter cannot see transcripts or access recordings.
