Controlling access to courses using groups

You can control who the courses in your learning space are available to using Group functionality.

For example, you may want a group of learners in your learning space to only be able to view and enrol in certain courses. 

To do this, you need to:

1. Create a group in the People section of Clui. See 'Creating groups' for more information.
2. Edit the settings of your courses to give or restrict access to members of the group. See 'Managing access settings for courses' for more information. 
3. Add learners to the group. See 'Adding users to groups' for more information.

To perform these steps, ensure that your access level permits you to create groups and edit courses.
