What are the benefits of enabling course coupons for my courses?

Course coupons allow your customers to purchase access to courses without enrolling learners into the course at the time of purchase.

Your customers can then redeem their coupons at a later date when they are ready to enrol themselves or other learners into the purchased course.

Course coupons can benefit your customers as they can be a good way to manage budget that needs to be allocated within a financial year for tax purposes.

Although courses do not need to be completed in the same year the coupons are purchased, they do need to be redeemed within two years as course coupons expire within this time frame. For more information about the terms and conditions of course coupons, see 'Terms of Use - Course Coupons'.

Course coupons are enabled by default for courses that are available for purchase. If you want to disable this option, you can do so by turning off the Course coupons option when configuring your sales settings for the course.
