Downloading course certificates

When a learner participates in a course with a Certificate module, they are awarded a certificate when they reach the module.

You can download all of the certificates awarded for a course from the Course Insight page for the course.

Follow these steps:

1. Locate the course you want to see download certificates for on the ALL COURSES tab of the Courses page.
2. Hover over the course and click the Course Insight icon that appears.
3. Click Download certificates.
4. Specify the completion period you want to download certificates for or leave the date fields blank if you want to download all certificates for the course.
5. Turn on the Include disabled users toggle if you want to download certificates for learners who are no longer active in your learning space.
6. Click Download certificates.

The certificates are downloaded.
