All refunds of purchases made within your Clui learning space must be actioned by Clui.
If one of your customers requires a refund, please contact us directly at support@compono.com to request this and we will arrange it as soon as possible.
Please note, once a refund is issued, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account. All refunds are issued back to the same account used to make the purchase.
