Where does my candidate wish to work and do they have the right to work in the country where the role is based?
When you create a job, you set a location matching criteria (e.g. 25km, 50km etc. from your job location). Note that you can also specify multiple locations. On the candidate's application view, Compono displays the following:
- The candidate's location preference and if there is a match (green tick) or not (red cross)
- The candidate's relocation preferences and if the is a match (green tick) or not (red cross)
In addition, Compono will also indicate if the candidate has work authorisation in each of their location preferences. A green passport icon indicates the candidate has authorisation to work in that location. A red passport icon indicates the candidate is not authorised to work in that location.
Note: Compono Hire uses the location criteria to automatically filter out (and not display) any Talent Pool candidates who do not meet your location matching criteria.
