New Features:
In-Person Assessment Report (XLSX Format)
We are excited to introduce the new In-Person Assessment report in XLSX format. This feature enables administrators to quickly generate detailed reports from the UI, streamlining the compliance and auditing process.
Key Benefits:
- Easy Report Generation: Administrators can create and export reports directly from the "Create Report" UI.
- Customisable Fields: Users can choose which data fields to include, such as User ID, Assessment Date, Assessor, and more.
- Scheduled Reporting: Reports can be scheduled to run at set intervals, ensuring up-to-date compliance records.
Important Notes:
- Signature fields are not supported in the export.
Improvements:
Warning for Deleting Action Modules with Reset Actions
A warning message has been added when an Action module containing a Reset action is deleted.
- This prevents administrators from accidentally removing reset data that could impact learners' ability to retake courses, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- This update ensures administrators are fully aware of the potential consequences before deleting Action modules that affect course progress resets.
Faster Load Times on the People Page
Performance improvements have been made to the People page
- Reduced load times allowing for quicker access to user information.
- Searching for users and navigating through large datasets is now smoother, enhancing overall efficiency when managing people data.
Enhanced Logging for Module Additions and Deletions
The activity log now captures course ID information when recording module additions and deletions.
- This makes it easier to track changes and identify the specific course a module action belongs to, providing clearer and more detailed records.
Enhanced Activity Logging for Access Level Changes and Group Membership
Access level changes now include before & after details
- The activity log now captures before and after access levels when a user's access level is changed.
- This provides greater transparency, making it clear what level a user had previously and what it was updated to.
- You can now more easily track access changes, reducing the need for support inquiries.
Improved logging for Group Membership updates
- Updates have been made to group-related activity logs to ensure clearer records of user access
- Access levels are now recorded when a user is added to a group, whether specified or defaulted to "Learner."
- Re-adding a user to a group is now logged, even when their access level remains unchanged.
- Changes to access levels during re-addition are now tracked, capturing both the previous and updated levels.
Timestamp now Included on Certificates
Certificates now display the completion time and time zone (AEST) alongside the completion date.
- This helps ensure accuracy for users in different time zones, reducing potential discrepancies in compliance records.
- The completion date remains the primary display, with the time and time zone shown below for clarity.
Bug Fix
Column Order on Exported Reports
Resolved an issue where column order in exported reports would vary.
- This bug led to inconsistent layouts when exporting reports multiple times.
- The order is now fixed for all reports, ensuring a consistent and accurate report format across all exports.
